Everything has been so slow lately...

Not many people are on PLM, or at least not as often... VF is getting boring- rating and commenting people, and them not doing the same... BBC forums are crap because you're just talking to a load of ten year olds... FF.net isn't good because I started a story two months ago and haven't updated it yet... *whistles*... Nobody's on MSN, since it's only 11am where I am... Two of my bestest buds are out of the country in Wales and Russia... WAAAAAAAAAAAH!!

Ah vell... At least Nathan said he'd come round when he finishes work today... And I'm meeting up with Shavash and Rachael on Wednesday! =D

And I should be meetng up with Ellie at some point to practice...

Oh, did I mention I'm in a band now?

=D I'm apparently the lead guitarist... Which sucks, because I hate playing lead, but since I'm the only guitarist that can actually play the guitar, I don't have much choice ¬_¬

Anywho-band... At the minute, it's just me, Ellie, Freya and Kyle, although we may be getting a different bassist (at the minute Freya is going to play, but she'd rather just sing, so we're looking around)..

How's it going?

Vell... The main problem is that a certain band member-which I won't name-has been playing their instrument for less than half the amount of time that the other members have... Said member does not quite understand that said member's instrument must be IN TUNE for it to sound good with other member's instruments...

But ah vell...

Okay, post over, do svidanya, moya druziamie!

It's been... More than eight months since I last posted!

Wow! A **LOT** has changed since then...

Where do I start?

First major change would be that when I posted that last entry, I think I had just broken up with Zak... Well now I have a new boyfriend ( well... not really new... we've been together for nearly seven months now... ) Nathan! *huggles Nathan*

More changes?

Obvious thing to say, but now I'm in Year Ten, and taking GCSE, GNVQ and A-Level subjects!

I'm now taking GCSEs in: -English (2, I think)
-Maths (again)
-Biology
-Chemistry
-Physics
-Russian (again)
-Sociology
-Citizenship
-Philosophy and Ethics

I'm taking a GNVQ in: -ICT

And I'm taking AS-Levels in: -Maths
-Russian

... And I got my GCSE results back from last year! I don't know whether or not I mentioned it, but I took my Maths and Russian GCSEs in year nine... I got a grade B in both! :D

Any other changes?

I've been promoted! XD I'm now the Third in Command of the Pink Llamas!

What else? *tries to think*

Ah vell, I'll update later if I think of anything...

Toodles!

Wow! I remembered to update this thing... GO ME! XD

Anywho, today's Thursday, which, to me, means music.

I have guitar ensemble at lunch time, where all the guitarists ( and some flute/ clarinet/ sax players ) all join together and play for half an hour...

I THEN have a twenty minute lesson with my teacher... Except today me and Dominic decided we could have a double lesson instead ( we both stay for forty minutes )..

And then, after school, our old I.T. teacher gave me and Dominic an hour's lessons...

We had a meeting about our trip to Russia at 5... So we were half an hour short, so we went to watch our friend's band practicing...

After a few minutes, the keyboard player wend into one of the tiny side rooms, where I followed him to talk to him ( I don't get to talk to him much in person- just online )... Of course, since the two of us were sitting in a tiny room with a piano, Mr I.T. teacher got the wrong idea... Heh heh...

Then we went up to the Russian meeting ( Me and Dominic ) and I was introduced to my friend Harry's mum ( or rather she came up and introduced herself, leaving Harry standing behind her, looking incredibly embarrassed )...

Wow... My title... Old Nickelback songs... *resists mad urge to play Nickelback album at top volume*

So anywho, first post... Might as well introduce myself, for anyone that can't be bothered to check my bio ( Don't blame you )...

I'm fourteen, I live in England, I'm an only child, and spend a slightly unhealthy amount of time on the computer...

Today's... *thinks* Wednesday!

Eugh... Wednesdays at school are ALWAYS awful...

First off I have double maths, which is bad enough... Except yesterday was parents night...

A flashback to the conversation with my maths teacher:

Bishbop ( Maths teacher ): Zoë, I get the feeling you're not too confident in maths at the minute...
Me: *thinking* Gee, I wonder why...
Bishbop: Why is it? Do you not like the class?
Me: No.
Bishbop: What don't you like about the class? The students or the teachers?
Me: Bit of both really...
Bishbop: So... You don't like me?
Me: No. Not really.

*End flashback*

Hey, I have my reasons!

Why aren't I confident in maths? Because BISHBOP is ALWAYS telling me how my coursework for my maths GCSE is worth a grade E, while everyone else's is at least a grade C...

And telling me that I need to do more work, and stop staring out the window when I'm a whole section ahead of everyone else...

And that I'm a complete waste of time to teach, and there's no point in me even being in the top class, and I should move down...

*continue flashback*

Bishbop: Well... I'm sorry, but you can't move out of my class....

*end flashback*

And why can't I move out of his class? Because I'm "one of the top students, who he expects to get a grade B maths this year, grade A* year 11, and to get an A-Level in maths 2 years early"...

I could almost see his face twitching as he told my parents this, who were, of course, both delighted, but still... It's Bishbop... Eugh...

Anyway, after maths, it was time for double "physics"... The thing about physics is that our teacher doesn't seem to know that he's supposed to be teaching us chemistry as well... Half the time he does nothing, ( except eat sandwiches, drink orange juice, take calls on his mobile phone, play with his laptop, walk out the room and not reappear for twenty minutes ) and the other half of the time, he says things that completely contradict other things he's said.

Today's example:

( A couple of weeks back, we took a mock SATS test )

Rach: Sir, are you ever going to give us back the marks for those tests we took a few weeks back?
Bing-Bong: No. Next question.
Tian: but sir, everyone else has got their results back.
Bing-Bong: So?
Rach: So they know what to revise...
Bing-Bong: So? I do thing's differently to other people! ( You can say THAT again )...
Tian: Yeah... But if we don't get the results and tests back soon, we won't have the chance to revise for our REAL SATs...
Bing-Bong: There's no point in setting revision work now, and going over things you've already done!
Tian: But-
Bing-Bong: Next question!
Rach: But sir... Then how do we know which areas we need to revise?
Bing-Bong: You DON'T revise! I'll tell you what to revise nearer the test!
*everyone looks at each other uneasily*
Bing-Bong: Now then, next week, I'm going to start revising some chemistry with you...

Okay, so this isn't an exact transcript ( I didn't sit in his class and write it all down ) but this is the definite gist...

When he said the last bit, I had to struggle very hard to stop myself from bursting out laughing...

Lunch time... Me, Gemma and Katy were shouting through the windows of a corridor, saying that everyone else loved people... XD

Technology... Just... Technology...

R.E... Got given ANOTHER stupid homework booklet... Eugh...

Anywho, I'm gonna go get a drink now, cuz I'm thirsty...
